It belongs to mushrooms of the Songi family in wrinkle mushrooms and leaf is dark brown or creamy and wrinkle and stem are white. It takes about 105 to 110 days from inoculation to harvest. So it requires a lot of time and effort unlike other mushrooms. It takes a long time to heat but it doesn't get easily soft with an excellent texture and has its own unique nutty flavor which can be mistaken for toxicity.
